Develop and curate research methodologies for the generation and analysis of data using AI-supported solutions that identify the challenges
APPROACH
We are not just a data-driven organisation. We are guided by a question-driven approach to make sure that the data we collect and analyse helps our clients and partners deliver on their commitments effectively, efficiently and sustainably.
At OAM, we believe it's important to be mindful of the temptation to fall into the trap of being blinded by increasing volumes of data. Instead, we seek to understand what questions need to be answered. We must ensure that we remain firmly wedded to a questions-driven approach. We need to constantly focus on the precursory conditions that determine what data to collect and how to interrogate the data.
The OAM question-driven approach is hardwired into how we plan our work for the long term, learn in real-time from the effects of our investments, and build capacity as we go along. This is reflected in our moniker stands for Observe, Act, and Mentor.
